Here is my first attempt on this technique.
I used the Impression Obsession background stamp: Damask and red and yellow paint.
My image is from an old decoupage sheet from Mireille, cut by hand and made 3D.
For further embellishment I used ribbon and a sunflower charm with a diamond gem.

This is STUNNING, and that gold/yellow ribbon is amazing on this card. Ribbon is such an AWESOME touch for cards and projects! Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us.
